Fill the Order Items tab. For individual names, use one row per person with Quantity 1. Keep column headings on the first row. Your customer information and artwork are entered separately.

Case pricing requires the same item type, color, and size. Different colors or sizes count separately. Keychains must also match in material. Only full case multiples receive the case price; extra items use LTC pricing.

After you submit, we’ll review your request and confirm pricing and artwork with you. Production starts after pricing and artwork approval. We’ll invoice you separately after completion. Current lead time is 7–10 business days after pricing and artwork approval; your requested date is subject to confirmation.
